The over-thinker's guide to bringing a vision to life (finally)

By

Julia May

Madeleine is pretty typical of the leaders we work with.

It's immediately clear she's whip-smart and super-humble. Her big brain can see solutions to big problems... but it also gets in her way as she over-thinks and second-guesses herself. And then gets stuck.

Here are 3 ways an over-thinker can bring their vision to life (finally).

1. Start with how you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve.

Connecting with the emotional aspect of what matters to you is more likely to help you manifest it.

2. Write your vision in the present tense.

It tricks that clever brain into believing the change is already coming to life, rather than being off in the distant future.

3. Find another big brain to cheer you along.

Research shows that accountability is critical for goal-setting. There's a magic we've seen happen - thousands of times - when visions are shared.
